Ingredients

    seasoned dressing:
  • ·
    1 cup mayonnaise
  • ·
    1 tbsp. white wine
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. sugar
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. basil
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. salt
  • SALAD:

  • ·
    8 oz. small shrimp, cooked
  • ·
    4 cups cooked bow tie or other small pasta
  • ·
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • ·
    1 cup chopped celery
  • ·
    1 bunch green onions, chopped

How to Make Shrimp Pasta Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. To make the dressing, mix the mayonnaise and wine in a bowl. Add the sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, basil, nutmeg and salt and whisk til smooth.
  2. To make the salad, mix the shrimp, pasta, bell pepper, celery and green onions in a salad bowl. Add the dressing and toss to coat evenly. Chill, covered, for 1 hour or more. Serve chilled. Serves 5
