Ingredients

  • 2 bunches glass noodles
  • 4 ounces napa cabbage chopped
  • 6 radishes sliced
  • 1 cup mushroom sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper seeded and sliced
  • 1 large carrot julienned
  • 1 large avocado sliced
  • 8 ounces cooked shrimp
  • black sesame seeds for garnish
  • DRESSING
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons chili crisp
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 5 tablespoons grapeseed oil

How To Make shrimp and glass noodle salad

  • Step 1
    Cook the noodles according to package directions drain and run under cold water until they are cold. Mix the ingredients together for the dressing and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Place the cabbage on 4 plates. Top with the noodles. Then add the other ingredients around the plate. Drizzle with the dressing and top with black sesame seeds.
