Ingredients
- 2 bunches glass noodles
- 4 ounces napa cabbage chopped
- 6 radishes sliced
- 1 cup mushroom sliced
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and sliced
- 1 large carrot julienned
- 1 large avocado sliced
- 8 ounces cooked shrimp
- black sesame seeds for garnish
- DRESSING
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons chili crisp
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 5 tablespoons grapeseed oil
How To Make shrimp and glass noodle salad

Step 1Cook the noodles according to package directions drain and run under cold water until they are cold. Mix the ingredients together for the dressing and set aside.

Step 2Place the cabbage on 4 plates. Top with the noodles. Then add the other ingredients around the plate. Drizzle with the dressing and top with black sesame seeds.
