shrimp and crab macaroni salad
This recipe is adapted from another macaroni salad with shrimp and crab .. I changed it so much it turned into my own... Recently, I offered it at my daughter's cookout and it didn't last long ! I have labeled it excellent in my files and hope you do too.. Enjoy !!

Ingredients
- 4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 pound bag of cooked plain shrimp, chopped to desired size.
- 1 pound bag of imitation crabmeat, chopped to desired size.
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 4 teaspoons cocktail sauce
- 3 teaspoons paprika
How To Make shrimp and crab macaroni salad

Step 1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until al dente; drain. run cold water over noodles

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, combine macaroni, celery, onion, green pepper, shrimp, and crab.

Step 3In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, dill, salt, sugar, cocktail sauce.

Step 4Pour the dressing mixture into the macaroni mixture and mix well. Seal the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for 4 to 6 hours.
