sesame napa pasta salad

Ingredients
- 1 medium head napa cabbage
- 1 pound spaghetti, cooked
- 4-6 green onions, thin sliced
- TOPPING
- 2 packages ramen noodles, broken into small pieces
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make sesame napa pasta salad

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the ramen and slivered almonds. Place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until slightly browned - about 10 minutes. Check frequently to prevent burning. Set aside to cool.

Step 2Cook pasta according to package directions. Cool and place in large bowl

Step 3Add thin sliced green onions and shredded Napa cabbage to pasta.

Step 4Dressing

Step 5Mix together tamari, vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar and sesame oil and salt and pepper.

Step 6Add about half to pasta and Napa mixture. Mix well. taste and add more dressing if needed. You want the salad coated but not drowned in dressing.

Step 7Serve almonds and ramen on the side. Or, add just before serving (to prevent ramen from getting soggy).
