Ingredients

  • 1 box
    radiatore pasta or corkscrew pasta
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1 c
    chopped sweet peppers
  • 1 c
    chopped carrots
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onions
  • 1 c
    broccoli florets
  • 1 c
    cauliflower, small florets
  • 1/4 c
    radishes, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    black olives sliced
  • 1/4 c
    green olives sliced
  • 1 c
    tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    pepperoni sliced
  • 1 bottle
    zesty italian dressing
  • 1 bottle
    catalina dressing
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian seasoning

How to Make Sandy's Pasta Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Put salted water in large pot till boils, add pasta and cook till tender, remove and drain, run cold water over pasta and put in large bowl. Add all chopped and sliced ingredients
  2. Mix Italian and catalina dressing together, add Italian seasoning. Pour over pasta and veggies and toss, top with shredded cheese. Put in refrigerator to chill, or even better chill overnight
