I make this a lot during the summer. Its a great dish to bring to a cookout.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces rotini pasta (cooked and drained)
  • 1 pint mayonnaise
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon tumeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can tuna or chicken or shrimp

How To Make rotini salad

  • Step 1
    Blend Mayonnaise, water, vinegar, and sugar. Pour over pasta. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 day to let flavors blend before serving.
