This is one of those side dishes you can prepare in the morning and when evening comes. You can go outside and throw you a steak or some burgers on the grill. Then you already have the side dish prepared.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1 small purple onion -- chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper -- chopped
  • 1 small red bell pepper -- chopped
  • 2 medium celery stalks -- chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 (med) bottle zesty italian dressing

How To Make rotini pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Prepare your pasta as directed on box.
  • Step 2
    While pasta is cooking; prepare your veggies.
  • Step 3
    When your pasta is done cooking; drain and rinse your pasta in cold water. Then transfer to a large salad bowl.
  • Step 4
    Add all your veggies to the pasta and toss them together. Then you can mix in your Zesty Italian Dressing.
  • Step 5
    Put your pasta salad in your refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours so it can chill.
