This is one of those side dishes you can prepare in the morning and when evening comes. You can go outside and throw you a steak or some burgers on the grill. Then you already have the side dish prepared.

rotini pasta
1 small
purple onion -- chopped
1 small
green bell pepper -- chopped
1 small
red bell pepper -- chopped
2 medium
celery stalks -- chopped
1 c
fresh mushrooms
1/2 c
sliced black olives
1 (med) bottle
zesty italian dressing

How to Make Rotini Pasta Salad


  • 1Prepare your pasta as directed on box.
  • 2While pasta is cooking; prepare your veggies.
  • 3When your pasta is done cooking; drain and rinse your pasta in cold water. Then transfer to a large salad bowl.
  • 4Add all your veggies to the pasta and toss them together. Then you can mix in your Zesty Italian Dressing.
  • 5Put your pasta salad in your refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours so it can chill.
