No matter where I go for a pot luck or a picnic I'm told to bring my Roni Salad. It's my grandmas recipe and everyone that tries it loves it.

Ingredients
- 1 box pasta (i like the twists) cooked
- 10 - hard boiled eggs
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (might need more later) kraft mayo works best
- 1 - medium onion
- 1 - pepper (any color) or a combination of colors
- 3T - garlic powder
- 2T - celery salt
How To Make moms moms macaroni salad

Step 1Boil pasta and eggs I do this together, just put the eggs in before the pasta. Cool pasta but don't rinse, cool eggs in ice water.

Step 2While pasta is cooking chop onion and pepper, using several different color peppers makes it pretty.

Step 3Add onion and pepper to cooled pasta then add garlic powder and celery salt, stir well then add mayo.

Step 4Chop up 6 eggs and add to pasta. Let sit for an hour or so then taste, you might have to add more mayo and spices to taste.

Step 5When done slice last egg and arrange on top for decoration. Enjoy!
