roasted cherry tomato pasta salad

My best friend gave me a big bowl of cherry tomatoes and I wanted a recipe to use them. This is what I came up with and it is very tasty, hubby loved it.

Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 12 ounces pasta of choice
- 6 ounces salami, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2-1 cup parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1-2 clove garlic, grated or minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, adjust to taste
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make roasted cherry tomato pasta salad

Step 1Preheat over to 400 degrees. Wash and dry tomatoes, place on baking sheet drizzle with olive oil,(not the 1/4 cup as stated that goes in the salad) sprinkle with salt, pepper and 1 T. of the dried basil. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until tomatoes are soft. Cook pasta according to package and drain. When tomatoes are done add to pasta, add all other ingredients, don't forget the T. of basil, and stir to combine.
