Ingredients

  • 1 - head napa cabbage, sliced thin
  • 1 package ramen noodles, set aside seasoning packet
  • 4 - green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • DRESSING:
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 package ramen noodle seasoning packet

How To Make ramen oriental salad

  • Step 1
    Melt 1/4 c. butter in skillet. Add crushed Ramen noodles, saute until slightly browned. Add seeds and almonds and stir in to coat. Remove from heat and cool. Mix in cabbage and onions. Cover and refrigerate. Make dressing.
  • Step 2
    Pour dressing over mix right before serving to keep noodles crunchy. Toss and serve.
