Ingredients

  • 2 packages ramen noodles, crushed
  • 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 4-5 - green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4-1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • IN FRYING PAN TOAST ALMONDS, NOODLES AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS IN BUTTER. SHRED CABBAGE. ADD COOLED TOASTED NOODLE MIXTURE TO CABBAGE.
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar

How To Make ramen noodle salad

  • Step 1
    Shake dressing in a jar to dissolve sugar and pour over salad just before serving. Makes 4-6 servings.
