Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    ramen noodles, crushed
  • 1 small
    head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    almonds
  • 4-5
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c
    sunflower seeds
  • 1/4-1/2 c
    butter or margarine
  • IN FRYING PAN TOAST ALMONDS, NOODLES AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS IN BUTTER. SHRED CABBAGE. ADD COOLED TOASTED NOODLE MIXTURE TO CABBAGE.

  • DRESSING:

  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    white vinegar

How to Make RAMEN NOODLE SALAD

Step-by-Step

  1. Shake dressing in a jar to dissolve sugar and pour over salad just before serving. Makes 4-6 servings.
