Ingredients
- 2 packages ramen noodles, crushed
- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 4-5 - green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4-1/2 cup butter or margarine
- IN FRYING PAN TOAST ALMONDS, NOODLES AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS IN BUTTER. SHRED CABBAGE. ADD COOLED TOASTED NOODLE MIXTURE TO CABBAGE.
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar

Step 1Shake dressing in a jar to dissolve sugar and pour over salad just before serving. Makes 4-6 servings.
