- 20 ounces fresh tortellini
- 1 1/2 cups summer sausage or salami, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, cubed
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 can black olives (6 oz)
- 4 stalks green onions, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make quick summer tortellini salad

Step 1Cook the tortellini in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes.

Step 3In a large bowl combine cubed sausage and cheese with the black olives, sliced mushrooms, and minced green onions.
