This pasta salad has primo flavor and fresh vegetables. Use your favorite aged parmesan and asiago cheeses. I do not recommend the pre-shredded cheeses. Made this for a church lunch.

How To Make primo pasta salad

  • Step 1
For the dressing, whisk together the first 10 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Step 2
Meanwhile, prep vegetables, cook bacon, and pasta.
  • Step 3
In a large bowl combine vegetables, bacon and pasta. If dressing is thick adds some milk and stir to thin it out. Pour the dressing over the pasta vegetable mixture and mix so that it is completely combined. Taste to add more salt or pepper. Cover and refrigerate. Garnish with grape tomatoes and dried parsley.
