  • 1 small
    cucumber seeded and diced
  • 1/2 medium
    red onion diced
  • 3 small
    roma tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese cubed
  • 2/3 can(s)
    chopped black olives
  • 1 box
    garden rotini
  • 1 bottle
    kraft zesty italian dressing
  • 1 pkg
    pepperoni chopped or mini

How to Make Perfect Pasta Salad


  1. Prepare Garden Rotini according to box directions.
  2. Seed and dice tomato and cucumber.
  3. Dice onion and cut cheese into small cubes.
  4. Add all ingredients into large mixing bowl. Add dressing, start with 1/2 the bottle. Add more if needed. Covery and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, better overnight. Note - the,dressing will be absorbed by the noodles. I always save about a 1/4 of the bottle of dressing and add it to the salad before serving.
