pepperoni pasta salad

I have made this and taken it to potlucks and get togethers...it always gets comments =^.~=

Ingredients

  • 1 package pasta
  • 1 package pepperoni, sliced
  • 4-8 ounces pepper jack cheese, cubed
  • 1 - bell pepper, diced
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 can black olives, drained
  • - italian dressing
  • - mayonnaise
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make pepperoni pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Boil pasta according to package directions. Lightly drain and run cold water over and let sit until cooled. Drain very well and let airdry for a few minutes, stirring gently occasionally.
  • Step 2
    Drizzle italian dressing liberally over damp pasta and stir to distribute.
  • Step 3
    Add pepperoni, cheese cubes, bell pepper, green onions and olives. Gently fold in.
  • Step 4
    Add enough mayonnaise (1/4 - 1/2 cup) to coat all and make creamy.
  • Step 5
    Tastes best immediately, if refrigerating allow to sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Serve with toasted garlic bread.
