Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    un-cooked angel hair pasta ; broken into 3rds.
  • 1 small
    cucumber ; peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium
    green pepper ; chopped
  • 1 pkg
    (8oz.) sliced pepperoni ; quartered
  • 2 can(s)
    (2- 1/4 oz ea.) sliced black olives ; drained
  • 1/2 c
    italian salad dressing
  • 1 1/4 c
    shredded parmesan cheese

How to Make Pepperoni Angel hair Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  2. Mean while combine the cucumbers ,green peppers , pepperoni and black olives in a large bowl.
  3. Drain pasta and rinse with Cold water.
  4. Add to the pepperoni mixture ; Drizzle with salad dressing and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
    Toss well to coat.
