I just love Asian cuisine, and especially lo mein. This is such a delicious and easy recipe and it's something different to have at those family bbq's.

lo mein noodles ( 8 oz. )
orange juice, fresh
ground red pepper (cayenne)
carrots, shredded ( 2 cups )
red bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
green onions, sliced ( 6 tbsp.)
dry roasted peanuts
How To Make
Break noodles into thirds. Cook and drain as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain
Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, orange juice, and red pepper until smooth.
Toss noodles, peanut butter mixture and remaining ingredients until well incorporated. Refrigerate until served.
