My family can be picky eaters, I would love to add tomatoes and bell peppers to this but me and my husband are the only ones to eat the peppers and I am the only for the tomatoes. My daughter would add black olives but she is the only one that eats those so I make a neutral

Ingredients For pattycake's pasta salad

  • 10 oz
    box of tri color rotini, prepared, rinsed and cooled
  • 1/2 bag
    pepperoni, chopped roughly
  • 3 stalk
    green onions, white and green chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar, i use a combination of both
  • 1 pkg
    italian dressing mix
  • 1 tsp
    fresh basil paste
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh squeezed lemon
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c
    shredded mozzarella

How To Make pattycake's pasta salad

    Add all ingredients and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste but it usually doesnt need salt.
