pattycake's pasta salad
My family can be picky eaters, I would love to add tomatoes and bell peppers to this but me and my husband are the only ones to eat the peppers and I am the only for the tomatoes. My daughter would add black olives but she is the only one that eats those so I make a neutral one..lol

Ingredients
- 10 ounces box of tri color rotini, prepared, rinsed and cooled
- 1/2 bag pepperoni, chopped roughly
- 3 stalks green onions, white and green chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar, i use a combination of both
- 1 package italian dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
How To Make pattycake's pasta salad

Step 1Add all ingredients and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste but it usually doesnt need salt.
