Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1 pound uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 cup sliced water chesnuts
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make pasta & shrimp salad

Step 1Bring water to a boil; add shirmp and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well; rinse with cold water. Chill.

Step 2Cook penne pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain well.

Step 3Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Step 4Combine veggies, pasta, shrimp and mayonnaise mixture and toss until coated and well combined. Cover salad and chill. Yield: 4-6 servings.
