This is an Italian pasta salad recipe which is quite popular as a side for bbq or to take to a picnic.

Ingredients
- 11 ounces pasta (farfalle)
- 4 radishes
- 2 ounces black olives
- 3 1/2 ounces feta cheese
- 9 ounces cherry or date tomatoes
- 7 ounces peach
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 ounce olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- salt
- pepper
How To Make pasta salad with peach

Step 1Cook pasta al dente, drain and let cool

Step 2Half or quarter the tomatoes and chop the radishes

Step 3Cube the peaches

Step 4Dice the feta chese

Step 5Slice the pitted olives

Step 6Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard, stir or shake until creamy

Step 7Combine pasta and chopped vegetables, feta and peach, season with salt and pepper to taste, toss with the dressing, then tear the basil leaves and add.

Step 8Serve either at room temperature or chilled.
