This was my Mamie's Pasta Salad, the only pasta salad I eat! I make this a lot for cookouts and always end up with an empty bowl! With it's super simple dressing and colorful appearance it's sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound small shell pasta (boxed)
  • 1/2 pound provolone cheese
  • 1/2 pound hard salami, sliced
  • 1/2 pound pepperoni
  • 1 medium onions, small white
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 3 small tomatoes
  • 1 small can green olives
  • 1 small can black olives
  • DRESSING
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 2/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

How To Make pasta salad

  • Step 1
    SLICE, CHOP, DICE (DOESN'T MATTER HOW YOU DO IT) UP THE PROVOLONE, HARD SALAMI AND PEPPERONI. DICE UP THE ONION, GREEN PEPPER, TOMATOES, GREEN & BLACK OLIVES.
  • Step 2
    COOK SHELLS ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS **WHEN PASTA IS FINISHED COOKING, MAKE SURE TO RINSE AFTER DRAINING**COOL TO ROOM TEMPERATURE
  • Step 3
    MIX ALL INGREDIENTS FOR THE DRESSING AND ADD THE MEAT,CHEESE,VEGETABLE MIXTURE TO PASTA; ADD DRESSING AND MIX TO COAT! ENJOY :)
