I make a lot of different pasta salads,and I like to use different pasta shapes as long as they are small.I love the mini or bite-size Mozzarella balls(bocconcini) too! So delicious!

Ingredients

  • DRESSING:
  • - 1/4 c olive oil
  • - 1/2 t. lemon zest
  • - 1 t. grated parmesan cheese
  • - 1 t. lemon juice
  • - salt and pepper,to taste
  • - crushed red pepper flakes,to taste
  • - 1/2 t. dried oregano
  • SALAD:
  • - 12 oz small pasta,cooked
  • - 3/4 c cherry tomatoes,halved
  • - 3/4 c fresh mini mozzarella balls
  • - 1/2 c sliced red onion
  • - 2 t. fresh basil

How To Make pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Combine all the dressing ingredients.Mix well. Add to combined salad ingredients and mix well.Serve well chilled.
