How to Make Pasta Salad
- Cook macaroni, drain and cool.
- Mix bell pepper, carrots and onion with the macaroni.
- Mix well together milk, sugar, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and vinegar.
- Blend this mixture into the macaroni and vegatables, mix well.
- Chill for at lwast 2 hours or overnight. Mix well before serving.
