My family loves Pasta Salad and I am always looking and trying new recipes. This recipe is a sweet one but I have opted to use low fat when I can. Great in the summer and goes well with sandwiches on the weekend.

Ingredients
- 1 pound macaroni, elbow
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - bell pepper,chopped
- 4 - carrots, shredded
- 1/2 - red onion, optional
- 2 cups mayonnaise, light
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 can condensed milk, low fat
- 1/4 cup sugar
How To Make pasta salad

Step 1Cook macaroni, drain and cool.

Step 2Mix bell pepper, carrots and onion with the macaroni.

Step 3Mix well together milk, sugar, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and vinegar.

Step 4Blend this mixture into the macaroni and vegatables, mix well.

Step 5Chill for at lwast 2 hours or overnight. Mix well before serving.
