Ingredients
- 1 package veggie (tri-color) spiral noodles
- 2 - cucumbers
- 1 package grape (or) cherry tomatoes
- 1 - yellow bell pepper
- 1 - red bell pepper
- 1 - red onion
- 2 - avacados
- 1 jar artichoke hearts
- 1 bottle wishbone italian salad dressing
- 6-8 sticks string cheese (i prefer the white/yellow cheese twisted together)
How To Make pasta salad
-
Step 1Boil whole bag of noodles according to directions on bag/box. Once complete, drain and set aside to cool.
-
Step 2Chop all vegetable into bite size pieces. You can either leave the tomatoes whole or cut them in half according to your liking.
-
Step 3Remove string cheese from wrappers. Cut into bite size pieces as well. I have used blocked cheese in the past but found that the string cheese saves a lot of time and tastes great as well. Do NOT add until ready to serve.
-
Step 4Combined Noodles with chopped vegetables. Squeeze almost the entire bottle (leaving about 1/4 remaining) onto the pasta salad. Refrigerate at least an hour. When ready to serve, stir and add the cubed cheese to the dish. You may add more dressing if you feel it needs it. The longer you refrigerate, the more the noodles take on the dressing flavor.
