Ingredients

  • 12 ounces penne lisce or rotini
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed (or turkey)
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 6 cups salad greens, torn
  • 2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, or 3-cheese blend

How To Make pasta club salad

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Step 2
    Drain; rinse with cold water.
  • Step 3
    Toss pasta with chicken or turkey, bacon and dressing.
  • Step 4
    Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Step 5
    Toss pasta mixture with salad greens, tomatoes and 1 cup of cheese. Arrange on serving plates; top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Season with pepper to taste.
