Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    pasta of choice (bow tie, spiral etc)-cooked and drained
  • 4
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless- boiled and drained
  • 1 can(s)
    siced water chestnuts-drained
  • 1 can(s)
    20 oz pineapple tidbits-drained
  • 1 pkg
    craisins
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1 c
    chopped cashews
  • 1 c
    fresh red seedless grapes-cut in half
  • 1 bunch
    scallions-chopped
  • 1 bottle
    16 oz marzetti's cole slaw dressing
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch
    celery salt (optional)
  • 1 pinch
    garlic powder (optional)

How to Make Pasta Chicken Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop your chicken into bite size pieces. Mix all together and pour dressing on it right before time to serve to preserve the "crunch".
  2. **Note** This recipe can be easily halved if not feeding an army!!
