I just made this for our family reunion at Lake Texoma. Something cool to go with BBQ brisket. It seemed to be a crowd pleaser, especially with the younger married couples. I got several requests for the recipe!

  • 1 lb
    favorite pasta shape, cooked and cooled
  • 1 can(s)
    medium ripe olives, drained & chopped
  • 1 jar(s)
    green salad olives, small
  • 3/4 c
    chopped celery
  • 3/4 c
    chopped bell pepper
  • 5 small
    green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 pkg
    or more, cherry tomatoes,sliced in slivers
  • 1 bottle
    kraft light 3 cheese ranch salad dressing to taste

How to Make Pasta and olive salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients except onions and tomatoes in a large bowl. Cover and put in the fridge overnight, or until ready to serve. Mix in tomatoes and onions and enjoy.
