  • 8 ounces macaroni
  • 1 cup velveeta crumbles
  • 1/2 medium green pepper - chopped
  • 1/4 medium red onion - chopped
  • 1 can mexicorn
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon ranch powder

How To Make pasta and corn salad

  • Step 1
    Cook macaroni according to package directions
  • Step 2
    Cool macaroni
  • Step 3
    Add cheese, green pepper, onion and mexicorn to macaroni
  • Step 4
    Mix salsa, mayo and ranch powder
  • Step 5
    Pour over pasta mixture
  • Step 6
    Mix and refrigerate
