    orzo pasta, uncooked
  • 1 large
  • 2
    green bell peppers
  • 1 can(s)
    diced garlic spiced tomatoes
  • 1
    head of garlic
  • ·
    olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lb
    feta cheese
  • ·
    sea salt
  • ·
    gound pepper
  • ·
    you may also use black olives

How to Make Orzo Feta Garlic Salad {for the garlic lovers!}


  1. cook the orzo pasta according to the box. meanwhile chop up the green peppers and onion and garlic. when the pasta is done rinse and add the veggies, drain the tomatoes and add those, drizzle olive oil over so it is moist and not sticky. add the feta cheese, salt and pepper to taste, mix together. serve warm or cold I perfer to have it warm. it is good either way!
