Very good low fat salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages ramen noodles - any flavor
  • 1 package coleslaw mix
  • 2 - green onion
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup splenda
  • 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

How To Make noodle salad

  • Step 1
    Mix oil, splenda, vinegar and flavoring packs from ramen noodles together and refrigerate over night. (optional)
  • Step 2
    Combine coleslaw mix and chopped green onions together and refrigerate over night (optional)
  • Step 3
    Crush or break the ramen noodles into small pieces, once ready to serve add ramen noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds to coleslaw mix and add dressing. Mix well and serve!
