This is a great salad for summer backyard get to gethers and goes well with any summer menue.

Ingredients

  • 1 box spaghetti pasta
  • 1 can chopped celery
  • 1 - green bell pepper
  • 1 - red bell pepper
  • 1 - carrot, sliced
  • 1 can (small)sliced black olives
  • 1 package feta chesse crumbles
  • 2 pinches salt and pepper
  • 1 can diced pimento
  • 1 bottle zesta italian dressing

How To Make my greek summer salad

  • Step 1
    Cook your spaghetti pasta in accordance with directions on box(for al dente texture).Drain and rinse imediately .Put in glass;4qt.bowl.
  • Step 2
    Chop to have one cup celery,1/2 cup red sweet pepper,1/2 cup green pepper.Add to pasta bowl,do not mix in yet.
  • Step 3
    Drain and add small can pimento.Add julliene sliced for half cup carrots.Then add 1small can sliced black olives,and 1 16oz.package crumbled Feta cheese(I prefer to use "Feta with roasted tomato".
  • Step 4
    Toss and lightly mix all in bowl,using the glass bowl assures you will have all mixed.Fold 3/4 cup zesty Italian dressing into mixture.
  • Step 5
    add 2 pinches or so of salt and pepper
  • Step 6
    Chill 2-4 hours before serving
