mouthwatering broccoli salad
Well, here in Alabama it gets hot during the summer. Our summer was kind of late getting here this year, but it is here now. I’ve been doing up some cold salads for the evening dinner time meal. This cold salad is one for the books. I added an orange diced bell pepper to it to add color. tomatoes were also added. One hot house cucumber gave this salad some crunch as well as some color. Great for a picnic or a side dish or even as a main dinner meal.
