Ingredients

3/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 - cucumber ( peeled )
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
3/4 tablespoon regular mustard
1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
1/4 cup cilantro or chives
1 bunch green onions
1 package penne pasta

How To Make penne pasta salad with cucumber dressing

Step 1

Blend all ingredients in blender EXCEPT pasta.

Step 2

Cook pasta according to directions. Rince and drain twice in cold water.
Step 3

Stir a small amount of salad oil in pasta to coat. Add liquid to pasta and let stand overnight or at least 3 hours.
