Ingredients
- 3 cups dry elbow macaroni
- 1 medium green pepper diced
- 1 - cellery stalk diced
- 1 large jar of pimentos
- 1 small flat can of pineapple in heavy syrup
- - miracle whip(desired amount) aprox. 1-2 cups
- 1/2 cup fine chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup fine shredded sharp chedar cheese
How To Make mom's macaroni salad

Step 1Cook macaroni and drain, rinse with cold water, drain.

Step 2Place macaroni in larg bowl add all ingredients mix well cover and chill at least two hours before serving. Do not drain the pineapplle or pimentos!
