This is one of those homade simple recipes you can't get enough of!!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups dry elbow macaroni
  • 1 medium green pepper diced
  • 1 - cellery stalk diced
  • 1 large jar of pimentos
  • 1 small flat can of pineapple in heavy syrup
  • - miracle whip(desired amount) aprox. 1-2 cups
  • 1/2 cup fine chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup fine shredded sharp chedar cheese

How To Make mom's macaroni salad

  • Step 1
    Cook macaroni and drain, rinse with cold water, drain.
  • Step 2
    Place macaroni in larg bowl add all ingredients mix well cover and chill at least two hours before serving. Do not drain the pineapplle or pimentos!
