maui pasta salad

My family loves this pasta salad and it is requested often even my husband who is not overly fond of pineapple. It was requested by husband as part of the menu for his graduation cookout. Will post a picture next time I make it. It was gone before I knew it.

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 3 cups rotini pasta, cooked
- 2 cups snow peas or broccoli florets ( fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley ( i usually use a combination of both)
- 1/2 cup italian dressing ( can use reduced fat and it's just as good)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
How To Make maui pasta salad

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill at least 30 minutes longer if needed.

Step 2This recipe doubles and even triples well as needed. I often have to triple it for family gatherings.
