I made this one day this summer because the heat was agony and I wanted something cool for lunch. My friend Mari went nuts over it gave it its name. He asks me to make it constantly.
cucumbers, peeled & chopped
onion, finely chopped
green bell pepper, seeded & chopped
can sliced black olives, drained
rotini pasta, cooked & cooled in ice water
grated parmesan cheese
fat free italian salad dressing
How To Make
The biggest step to this recipe is basically prepping all the vegetables. Once that's finished just drain the pasta well & mix everything together. Let it chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and it's great.
