  • 1 lb
    cork screw pasta, cooked
  • 2/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 1/2 c
    white vinegar
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1 small
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 small
    cucumber, thinly sliced

How to Make Marinated Noodles


  1. Cook pasta to desired doneness. Drain. In large bowl, thinly slice cucumbers and onion and add pasta. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients until sugar dissolved. Pour over over pasta mixture. Marinate at least 6 hours. Enjoy!
