My mother used to make this salad every summer, while Dad was outside bbqing his famous ribs and chicken, i hope you enjoy it as much as i do

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 pkg
    small elbow macaroni noodles
  • 1 can(s)
    5oz small shrimp (drained)
  • 1/4 c
    pickel relish ( i use sweet)
  • 1 medium
    onion chopped
  • 2-3 stick
    celery stalks diced
  • 1 tsp
    lawerys seasoned salt
  • 1- tsp
    pepper
  • 1- c
    1 cup mayo ( more if needed)
  • ·
    large cooked shrimp for the topping(optional)

How to Make macaroni salad with shirmp

Step-by-Step

  1. cook macaroni noodles as directed on package, strian noodles.
  2. Using a large bowl put noodles, onion celery,relish and shrimp mix together.(be careful not to break up the shrimp)
  3. Add seasoning,mayo. set in fridge for a couple of hours so all the flavors blend together If after the 2 hrs it may be alittle dry add more mayo
  4. Top salad with the shrimp





    optional top salad with medium cooked shrimp
