My mother used to make this salad every summer, while Dad was outside bbqing his famous ribs and chicken, i hope you enjoy it as much as i do

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 pkg
small elbow macaroni noodles
1 can(s)
5oz small shrimp (drained)
1/4 c
pickel relish ( i use sweet)
1 medium
onion chopped
2-3 stick
celery stalks diced
1 tsp
lawerys seasoned salt
1- tsp
pepper
1- c
1 cup mayo ( more if needed)
large cooked shrimp for the topping(optional)

How to Make macaroni salad with shirmp

Step-by-Step

  • 1cook macaroni noodles as directed on package, strian noodles.
  • 2Using a large bowl put noodles, onion celery,relish and shrimp mix together.(be careful not to break up the shrimp)
  • 3Add seasoning,mayo. set in fridge for a couple of hours so all the flavors blend together If after the 2 hrs it may be alittle dry add more mayo
  • 4Top salad with the shrimp





    optional top salad with medium cooked shrimp
