Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni or whatever you like
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 medium green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 jar Spanish olives (drained, rinsed and chopped)
  • 6 - boiled and chopped eggs

How To Make macaroni salad

  • Step 1
    Boil your macaroni and drain.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, add your macaroni, eggs, onions, pepper, carrots, olives, and mayo.
  • Step 3
    Serve chilled.
