Ingredients For macaroni salad

16 ozmacaroni

4-5 lgcarrots, scraped and grated

1 lgsweet onion, chopped

1 lggreen bell pepper, chopped

2 cmayonnaise

1 cansweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cwhite vinegar
-
salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make macaroni salad

1Cook the macaroni according to the package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain well.

2Combine the macaroni, carrot, onion, and bell pepper in a large bowl; toss gently.

3Combine the mayonnaise and the remaining ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture; toss gently to combine.

4Cover and chill for 8 hours (mixture will thicken as it chills).
