Ingredients For macaroni salad

6 ccooked pasta (1# dry rotini or 3c. dry macaroni)

2 ccelery, diced

2 cgreen and/or red pepper, diced

1 cscallions, thinly sliced

4 ozpimento, rinsed very well and drained
-
2/3 to 1 csauce
-
2hard boiled eggs, diced
- SAUCE
-
1 cmiracle whip or mayo
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
2 tspsugar
-
1 Tbsptarragon vinegar
-
1 tspcelery seed
-
dash worchester sauce
-
crack of pepper to taste
How To Make macaroni salad

1Pasta is best mixed while not yet cold.

2Combine pasta, celery, scallions and peppers. Toss

3Make sauce adjusting the sugar and vinegar to taste.

4Add enough sauce, so salad is a little wetter than you want. The warm pasta will absorb the sauce. Toss.

5Add pimentos, egg and lightly toss. Chill
