Ingredients
- 6 cups cooked pasta (1# dry rotini or 3c. dry macaroni)
- 2 cups celery, diced
- 2 cups green and/or red pepper, diced
- 1 cup scallions, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces pimento, rinsed very well and drained
- 2/3 to 1 cups sauce
- 2 - hard boiled eggs, diced
- SAUCE
- 1 cup miracle whip or mayo
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- - dash worchester sauce
- - crack of pepper to taste
How To Make macaroni salad

Step 1Pasta is best mixed while not yet cold.

Step 2Combine pasta, celery, scallions and peppers. Toss

Step 3Make sauce adjusting the sugar and vinegar to taste.

Step 4Add enough sauce, so salad is a little wetter than you want. The warm pasta will absorb the sauce. Toss.

Step 5Add pimentos, egg and lightly toss. Chill
