There are many ways I make pasta or macaroni salad. This one has veggies added, so it is quite good. My daughter will eat it with those veggies!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/3 - carrot, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 - hard boiled egg, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • - paprika

How To Make macaroni salad

  • Step 1
    Cook macaroni and drain well. Combine with vegetables and egg. Combine remaining ingredients and blend into macaroni when cold. Keep refrigerated.
