macaroni salad
There are many ways I make pasta or macaroni salad. This one has veggies added, so it is quite good. My daughter will eat it with those veggies!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/3 - carrot, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 - hard boiled egg, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- - paprika
How To Make macaroni salad

Step 1Cook macaroni and drain well. Combine with vegetables and egg. Combine remaining ingredients and blend into macaroni when cold. Keep refrigerated.
