Ingredients For macaroni salad

  • 6 lg
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 3 lg
  • 1 box
    macaroni, elbow, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 c
  • 3/4 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    more or less to taste
  • 1/4 c
    black olives, optional
  • 1-2 pinch
    seasoning salt

How To Make macaroni salad

    In a small bowl..combine mayonnaise, mustard, chopped pickles, onion powder & garlic salt, pickle juice, salt to olives are can substitute garlic salt for garlic powder for less sodium...keep a few slices of eggs to decorate the top.

    In a large bowl..combine macaroni noodles and chopped hard boiled eggs with a little bit of water so the noodles don't stick to each other.

    Combined all ingredients in large bowl. With remaining boiled eggs..arrange on top and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Will store for up to at least 3-4 days in the refrigerator....doesn't even get to the frig before my brother digs into it..he loves it that much..
