Ingredients

  • 2 c
    macaroni, elbow
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • 5 medium
    green onions
  • 1/3 c
    sweet relish
  • 4 large
    egg, hard boiled
  • 2 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1 pinch
    paprika, sweet mild

How to Make Macaroni Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. cook macaroni with salt as directed on box for about 10 to 11 mins.Rinse under cold water drain well cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 mins or so.
  2. while that is chilling dice your 3 eggs and green onions.Mix that with the macaroni. Add the mayo, mustard, sweet relish,and celery seed mixing well.
  3. Top with sliced hard boiled egg and dust with paprika cover with plastic wrap and chill at least one hour or till ready to eat! Enjoy
