This is a different macaroni salad and the secret ingredient is the sweetened condensed milk. It makes a nice presentation too. Very tasty!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces macaroni, cooked
- 4 - carrots, grated
- 1 - sweet onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 cups mayonnaise (do not substitute)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make macaroni salad

Step 1Combine macaroni, carrots, onion and peppers in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, sugar and vinegar. Pour over macaroni and vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill at least 8 hours before serving to allow the dressing to thicken. Mix well before serving. ENJOY!
