as some of u may remember i posted a question bout 3 months ago bout making mac salad for 150....for my sisters wedding....well the wedding was this past weekend[3-10-12]..and here is the recipe i came up with salad for 100 it takes a couple days to make it but it was very good many asked for recipe was 127 at wedding and had bout 2 cups of salad left...thank you for all yur help and ideas....sorry no pic was ate to fast lol

Ingredients
- 3 bottles [2/3 cup] tarragon vinegar with 1 c garlic marinated in it a week
- 2 cups [1/2c] splenda
- 10 pounds [1 lb] pasta...i used penne
- 3 large [1/2] red onion
- 3 large [1/2] yellow onion
- 4 bunches [1] green onion
- 4 large cucumbers
- 3 bunches [1 c] celery
- 3 each large [1/2 each] green,red,yellow,orange bell peppewrs
- 72 large [6] hard boiled eggs
- 6 pints [1/2 pint] cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 gallon 2-3 cups] whipped mayo
- 48 ounces [8 0oz] light sour cream
- 4 tablespoons [pinch]chipole flakes[put in water when u boil pasta]
- 2 tablespoons [2 teaspoons] onion powder[in water to boil pasta]
- 6 tablespoons [1 t]seasoned salt[in water with pasta]
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1start makin this 3-4 days before u need it........there are a couple times where it jus needs to sit in fridge to merge flavors.... that said here goes:first several weeks before makin but tarragon vinegar open each divide garlic into each jar put in fridge 7-10 days.......now use in recipe

Step 2take all vinegar and splenda and put in saucepan....bring jus to boil turn off put in fridge while u cook pasta

Step 3in extra lg pan bring water to a boil...add spices to water....add 5 pounds pasta....[have boilin water u can add to pasta if more water is needed] cook til tender[this may take up to 25 min.....keep stirin so pasta cooks even.....

Step 4drain this pasta cook the other 5 pounds same as u did this....[i used roaster pans] put 1/2 cooked pasta in pans divide cooled vinegar into each pan stir well[i used my hands ... make sure all pasta is coated.........cover with plastic wrap put in fridge overnight

Step 5next day chop/dice/cut all veggies divide in 2..add to each pan of pasta stir well cover put in fridgeovernight again......mornin u gonna serve:

Step 6chop all eggs,add 1/2 eggs to each pan stir well...mix mayo and sour cream add to pasta...stir well[i used my hands.... put in fridge to get cold...serve and enjoy!!!!
