Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable pasta spirals (raw)
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 2 small bunches of fresh brocolli
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 package turkey or beef pepperoni slices, turkey is 70% less fat and has a bit milder flavor (6 oz size pkg)
  • 1 can black olives (5.75 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup italian salad dressing

How To Make kitty's italian pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta in boiling water for till el dente' about 8 minutes
  • Step 2
    While pasta is cooking wash and chop all the vegetables, pepperoni, and olives
  • Step 3
    Drain and rinse pasta in cold water
  • Step 4
    Mix everything together in a very large mixing bowl
  • Step 5
    Add dressing and grated cheese.
  • Step 6
    Toss lightly then refrigerate till time to serve
