Ingredients
- 4 cups vegetable pasta spirals (raw)
- 1 medium red pepper
- 2 small bunches of fresh brocolli
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 package turkey or beef pepperoni slices, turkey is 70% less fat and has a bit milder flavor (6 oz size pkg)
- 1 can black olives (5.75 oz.)
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup italian salad dressing

Step 1Cook pasta in boiling water for till el dente' about 8 minutes

Step 2While pasta is cooking wash and chop all the vegetables, pepperoni, and olives

Step 3Drain and rinse pasta in cold water

Step 4Mix everything together in a very large mixing bowl

Step 5Add dressing and grated cheese.

Step 6Toss lightly then refrigerate till time to serve
