italian style pasta salad

I got this recipe from my hubby's step mom who is an awesome cook. It is simple to "throw" together and you can vary the ingredients depending on what you have on hand and what your favorites are.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta..your choice, elbows, spirals, etc.
- 1 cup deli ham or turkey, diced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 package sliced pepperoni chopped ..i use turkey pepperoni to make it lower in fat, still tastes as good
- 1/2 cup italian salad dressing, nonfat
- 2/3 cup frozen peas, defrosted (i usually add them to the cooking pasta the last minute..no longer to thaw quickly)
How To Make italian style pasta salad

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 2Chop turkey or ham, tomatoes, pepperoni and cheese. Combine in a large bowl and mix well. When pasta is cooked, drain pasta (and peas if u add them last minute)thoroughly and combine with other ingredients. Add dressing and mix well.

Step 3This can be mixed up and changed in many many ways, the possibilities are virtually endless. Add some ingredients, take some out. The choice is all yours. Enjoy
