Ingredients

  • 1 box
    tri-colored rigatoni pasta, cooked and rinsed with cold water
  • 1 can(s)
    artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    black olives, small, drained
  • 1 jar(s)
    green olives, drained
  • 1 c
    tomatoes, diced
  • 6 oz
    cheddar cheese, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • 6 oz
    monterey jack cheese, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • 1 c
    pepperoni, diced
  • 1 c
    hard salami, diced
  • 1 bottle
    italian dressing (i prefer paul newman's)

How to Make Italian Pasta Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook pasta according to the directions on the box. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water till noodles are cooled.
  2. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients. Add 1/2 the bottle of italian dressing. Refridgerate for atleast 1 hour before serving. Add the rest of the dressing when about to serve.
  3. This can also be made the night before. Infact, it's even better!!
