Ingredients

  • 1 box tri-colored rigatoni pasta, cooked and rinsed with cold water
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 can black olives, small, drained
  • 1 jar green olives, drained
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 6 ounces cheddar cheese, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • 6 ounces monterey jack cheese, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup pepperoni, diced
  • 1 cup hard salami, diced
  • 1 bottle italian dressing (i prefer paul newman's)

How To Make italian pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta according to the directions on the box. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water till noodles are cooled.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, add all the ingredients. Add 1/2 the bottle of italian dressing. Refridgerate for atleast 1 hour before serving. Add the rest of the dressing when about to serve.
  • Step 3
    This can also be made the night before. Infact, it's even better!!
