Ingredients
- 1 box tri-colored rigatoni pasta, cooked and rinsed with cold water
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 can black olives, small, drained
- 1 jar green olives, drained
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 6 ounces cheddar cheese, cut in bite-sized pieces
- 6 ounces monterey jack cheese, cut in bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup pepperoni, diced
- 1 cup hard salami, diced
- 1 bottle italian dressing (i prefer paul newman's)
How To Make italian pasta salad

Step 1Cook pasta according to the directions on the box. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water till noodles are cooled.

Step 2In a large bowl, add all the ingredients. Add 1/2 the bottle of italian dressing. Refridgerate for atleast 1 hour before serving. Add the rest of the dressing when about to serve.

Step 3This can also be made the night before. Infact, it's even better!!
