This is simple to make, the longer you refrigerate this the better.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (16oz.) bow tie pasta or any of your favorite pasta. i use a multi color pasta.
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, drained.
  • 1 package mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small red onion. chopped
  • 1 can (2.1/4) sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 package thin slices of hard salami or pkg. of pepperoni slices.
  • 2 tablespoons basil leaves or oragano
  • 1 bottle italian dressing.
  • any slice you can add what ever veggies you like. i also have added carrots, radishes, zuccini, yellow squash. anything can go in this.

How To Make italian pasta salad

  • Step 1
    cook pasta according to directions, aldente, rinse in cold water, to cool down.
  • Step 2
    Chop or slice all the veggies. Put in a lg. bowl. Add pasta and all the rest together.
  • Step 3
    Add 3/4 of the bottle of dressing, saving the rest. mix all very well. Chill for atleast 1 hour or as long as overnight. Before you serve add the rest of the bottle of dressing mix well.( you may or may not need the whole bottle).
